Payment methods 

Bank or credit card

You can choose to make a payment with your card. We receive all common cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We will NOT store information about your card but only information about your order in order to provide you with the best service.

Invoice

When paying via invoice and card payment, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To trade an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. The prerequisite for getting an invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the public register in Sweden and are over 18 years old. You may not have any payment remarks.

All invoices are handed over to Svea Ekonomi AB by ShopByMyrberg.se. The invoice's terms of payment are 14 days. In the case of late payment, the agreement will be terminated as well as statutory reminder fee. Delay interest rate is 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to the debt collector. Regular credit testing takes place after the personal information has been submitted to the checkout, in some cases this means that credit information is taken. A copy of the credit information will be sent to you.

Orders

All orders are made via our webshop. We do not accept orders made by regular mail, fax or other procedures unless otherwise agreed. We will report orders made in another person's name without their consent or otherwise cause shopbyMyrberg.com financial or other damage.

Freight

Shipping costs within Europe are 99 kr. This cost is specified before you make your payment. 

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver ordered goods as quickly as possible to you. Once you have placed your order, we will handle it as soon as possible. Normal delivery time within Europe is 3-7 days.

All deliveries are made by our chosen freight forwarders. At present, we ship with different freight forwarders depending on whether your shipment can be sent as a letter or as a package. Packages are shipped with DHL, which is one of Sweden's largest package delivery companies. Your package will be picked up at your nearest package broker and you can follow the status of your package from order to delivery. Minor shipments are sent as a letter with the Post. It is your responsibility as a buyer that the address given to us at the time of purchase is correct. 

Withdrawal 

As an individual, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days, according to the Distance Contract Act. If you undo a purchase, return the item to us unused and in unbroken packaging. Always contact Customer Service at info@shopbymyrberg.com before returning your order. Refunds will only be made when the product has been received by us. You are responsible for shipping.

Complaints & Warranty

If a product appears to be defective or incorrect, the product may be returned. When the goods have returned to ShopbyMyrberg, the total amount will be refunded including shipping and shipping costs. In the event of a complaint of defective / defective goods, you as a customer must be completely free of charge. Complaints to ShopbyMyrberg shall be made within a reasonable time of receipt of the order by the customer.

Only original errors are covered by the right of complaint. The right to claim not wrong caused by normal wear and tear. Shipping costs for return are ShopbyMyrberg for receipt of receipt. Please send with the receipt for the shipping or a copy. Upon approval of the purchase / withdrawal of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

We recommend all our customers to send traceable packages for customer safety. The goods are in the customer's possession until we receive the return. If you have questions regarding cancellation / return, please contact our customer service under the "Contact" tab.

Transport damage

Complaint of transport damage shall be made within reasonable time to ShopbyMyrberg. Therefore, upon receipt of the shipment it is important to check that the package is not transport damaged.

Dispute

In case of dispute where the buyer is private, we have a policy to always follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.

Information

We reserve the right to print errors in information and prices, as well as errors in specification of all products in our product range. All pictures and information on our website are shown as illustrations. Nor can we guarantee that the images reflect the exact precision of the product

GDPR

As a customer, you are protected by the Data Protection Ordinance. This means that the personal data you provide to us will not be distributed or distributed to third parties.
